TEST&TAG are New Zealand's leaders in appliance testing and this is reflective in our commitment to service with over 40 mobile service technicians throughout New Zealand and our head office in Auckland and support office in Wellington.
We have been providing national servicing and management since 2006 when appliance testing was still call PAT Testing (portable appliance testing). As our registered Trade Mark name says we are the original "TEST&TAG" and only one true New Zealand owned and operated company with no franchises or contractors that can deliver nationwide service and provide total management and assurance. This is reflective from the customers we provide our services to and the great team of people we have at TEST&TAG.
Our myTEST&TAG App for technicians also provides validation of the time our technicians arrived at site, completed any necessary sign in and induction requirements, what services they completed on site, when they left and and who they reported to, all validated by Geo, date and stamp time.
Our team of technicians are also assigned identification cards that display the level of work authority that they are approved to perform. This is determined by training, supervision, accreditation and license status from the EWRB and other training providers.
Each vehicle and technician is assigned the latest and most efficient testing equipment to ensure minimal interruption to your workplace and maximum accuracy of test readings for your assurance.
With our experience and technology there is only one compliance testing company that will ensure health and safety requirements are delivered with assurance every time.
|AS/NZ 3760: 2010 Electrical Appliance Testing Services include the following services|
TEST&TAG will supply paper adhesive barcodes to all items tested. These are not permanent but will allow us to assign an asset with a unique ID number. This helps us to enter information on location, make/model, serial number and tracking.
|Example of Full Tag
TEST&TAG tags display all the required information of AS/NZ 3760 and an Asset ID that matches the appliance ID, so you can be sure of the validation of the appliance tag. Important information required by the AS/NZ 3760 includes the following:
These tags can also be colour coded representing testing interval timetables for easier identification for on-site managers and to ensure items are captured in the right testing cycle. All this is managed by TEST&TAG when we set up your test policy.
|Communication and Account Management Process
Our customer service centre will coordinate the management and scheduling of all bookings for you, if you are a small or large national customer. We can manage the scheduling of re-testing sites requiring appliance testing, so it is one less thing for you to organise with phone reminders, emails and even a budget using our test records.
The TEST&TAG assigned dedicated customer service team are responsible for all your bookings, scheduling, data handling, reporting and invoicing, so you have assurance and one point of contact for ease of management and developing of a relationship at all times.
Customer services can also provide communication templates that can be distributed to all staff for preparation of our attending services and issue timelines. TEST&TAG also knows where their staff are so can also advise when the next available tech can be dispatched and estimate travel time to arrival.
