This is to ensure we can provide a national service and have the confidence we are the right partner for meeting your compliance and testing requirements. |
| All our team are employed by TEST&TAG. We don't have franchises nor do we contract work out. This means you're guaranteed to get quality workmanship and service with one point of call. This also ensures that anywhere across the country the same level of process and services is provided to ensure consistency in delivery of programme. |
| Our centralised Customer Service Team is located in Auckland and is here to take your enquires, book and schedule technicians to site, manage re-testing requirements, provide budget forecast, and provide any electronic reports required from myTEST&TAG system. We know where all our technicians are and what level of certification they have to carry out compliance testing services and can provide bookings anywhere in the country. For national service level agreements, Customer Services can co-ordinate all the communication and scheduling with individual sites and provide updates and progress reports. For large corporate sites we can co-ordinate large teams out-of-hours to ensure minimal interruption to your supplied services. Customer Services can provide the following:

| TEST&TAG carefully match our technicians with your compliance requirements. Every technician is assigned a level and symbol on their photo identity cards which determines the work they can carry out and are certified to do. All technicians are registered with Electrical Workers Registration Board from trainees to registered electrical service technicians and electricians. At all times we update our technician work matrix containing all their current licences and certifications, including drivers licence, Ministry of Justice Security checks, First Aid Course, Hand Operated Fire Courses, Permit Receiver, Civil Aviation Security, Fonterra Induction etc. |
| Meticulous record keeping means that all testing results and data is sorted and stored in our powerful myTEST&TAG system ensuring safe storage and peace of mind for all your compliance results. This data is securely stored on three servers for your peace of mind. For every barcode number used we keep all readings and results. myTEST&TAG even has the ability to remove appliances from our active system, but store for historical records. All faulty appliances are clearly identified and recorded with a "Withdrawn from Service Docket" with reason for failure and recommended corrective action, and again stored in our system. We also have the ability to store images of faulty devices and appliances dependent on a service level agreement. |
