Manuals/Operations  TEST&TAG has developed comprehensive manuals to ensure that all employees follow strict operational procedures. This is to ensure we are able to meet the quality control standards in delivering a great service, whether it is for a small business or a national campaign.
Independent Quality Certification 

TEST&TAG received AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 certification in December 2009. This process was streamlined due to our well documented manuals, systems and procedures. The Certification/ Registration was performed by Telarc.

Internal Quality Assurance Process
  • Monthly nationwide “Tool Box” meetings – provide a platform for technicians to be trained on procedures and to receive feedback on ways that we can improve.
  • Data integrity monitoring
    • TEST&TAG consistently monitors our technician’s data when uploaded.
    • Random checks of test results to ensure the correct tests are being conducted.
    • Daily tag rates are cross referenced against technician’s job sheets and manual asset sheets.
    • Regional Managers audits - conducted randomly of technicians to ensure that operating procedures are being followed correctly. [Regional Managers are allocated 4 hours in every 80 hours]
    • Performance Reviews - Annual performance reviews are conducted for all staff and with new staff there is an additional review after three [3] months of service.
    • Quarterly Board Meeting – review of nationwide activities for the quarter, including Tool Box minutes, process/ procedure changes, incident reports and any customer complaints, customer survey feedback.
